TASI drops more than 250 points to 10,185, turnover at SAR 3.7 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 2.5%, or 259 points, lower at 10,185 points today, Dec. 7, recording the lowest close in one and a half years.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.7 billion.
The index is down nearly 1,100 points since the beginning of the year.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank declined 5% to SAR 74, while Saudi Aramco fell 1% to SAR 31.75.
Saudi National Bank, SABIC, NADEC, Sipchem, Tadawul Group, SABB, Tasnee, Riyad Bank, Jabal Omar, Bank Albilad and SABIC Agri-Nutrients slipped between 2% and 5%.
