TASI gains 0.8% to 10,661points, turnover at SAR 3.9 bln

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.8%, or 83 points, higher at 10,661 points today, Jan. 3.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.9 billion.

Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi National Bank rose by more than 1% to SAR 77.30 and SAR 51, respectively.

Tasnee, BinDawood Holding, Yanbu Cement, Qassim Cement, FIPCO, Maadaniyah, Dar Al Arkan and Southern Cement climbed between 3% and 6%.

Wafrah gained 8% to close at SAR 29.95 as nearly three million shares were traded.
