TASI rises 0.5% to 11,373 points, turnover at SAR 7 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.5%, or 56 points, higher at 11,373 points today, June 7, recording the highest close in almost a month.
Total turnover reached almost SAR 7 billion.
Market Index
Saudi National Bank rose 2% to SAR 37.85.
Etihad Etisalat, Alinma Bank, Jabal Omar, Banque Saudi Fransi and Saudi Electricity increased between 1% and 4%.
Etihad Atheeb was the top gainer, rising 8% to SAR 78.20 with about 2 million shares traded.
Theeb, Elm, SADAFCO and Aldrees jumped between 3% and 6%, recording the highest closing since listing.
Company Prices
On the other hand, Hail Cement closed at SAR 12.52 (-2%) following the end of eligibility for cash dividends.
