TASI surges 1.5% to 11,077 points, turnover at SAR 5.6 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.5%, or 159 points, higher at 11,077 points today, Sept. 27.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.6 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi Aramco rose about 2%.
Sipchem closed up 3% to SAR 37.80. The company received the Ministry of Energy's approval to allocate the required quantities of feedstock to set up a blue ammonia plant (low carbon) in Jubail Industrial City.
stc, Tadawul Group, solutions, Almarai, Banque Saudi Fransi, Leejam, Care and SADAFCO increased between 2% and 4%.
Elm was the top gainer, closing at SAR 781.20.
