TASI rises 0.1% to cross 11,400 points, turnover at SAR 5.2 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 6 points, higher at 11,401 points today, Dec. 13.
Total turnover reached almost SAR 5.2 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank rose less than 1% to SAR 80.30.
Al Akaria gained 4% to SAR 14.10, with nearly 2.4 million shares traded. The company’s subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Co. (Binyah), won a contract worth SAR 532.1 million from the Diriyah Gate Development Authority.
ACWA Power and Alkhorayef Water hit all-time highs to close at SAR 252.60 (+1%) and SAR 181 (+3%), respectively.
SAL jumped more than 4% to SAR 143.40, recording the highest close since listing. Nearly 1.7 million shares changed hands.
Company Prices
On the other hand, Saudi Aramco declined less than 1% to SAR 32.80. About 13 million shares, valued at over SAR 400 million, were exchanged.
Almarai, Savola, Saudi Electricity, Bank Albilad, SHL and SIIG fell between 1% and 3%.
