TASI falls 0.1% to 11,703 points, turnover at SAR 5.8B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 11 points, lower at 11,703 points today, Dec. 20.
Total turnover reached almost SAR 5.8 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank fell less than 1% to SAR 83.60.
ACWA Power, Maaden, SABIC, Saudi Awwal Bank, Riyad Bank, Elm, and SABIC Agri-Nutrients declined between 1% and 3%.
Alamar edged down 4% to close at SAR 91.50, an all-time low.
Company Prices
On the other hand, SASCO and Aldrees went limit up to finish the day at SAR 69.30 and SAR 157.20, respectively.
Almarai rose 2% to SAR 57.50 following the cash dividend announcement to shareholders.
Al-Jouf Agricultural gained 4% to SAR 48.05, with nearly 1.2 million shares traded. The company’s shareholders rejected the board’s recommendation to split the stock’s nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1 per share.
