TASI slips 0.1% to 12,063 points, turnover at SAR 10.7B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 15 points, lower at 12,063 points today, Jan. 17.
Total turnover reached almost SAR 10.7 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank fell nearly 1% to SAR 31.75 and SAR 86.70, respectively.
Petro Rabigh declined 4% to SAR 9.57 after the company’s accumulated losses reached 38.34% of the capital.
Riyad Bank, SABIC, Maaden, Jabal Omar, Tawuniya, and Sipchem fell between 1% and 3%.

On the other hand, MBC Group was the top gainer, rising nearly 10% to SAR 60.10, with more than 6 million shares traded.
Alujain jumped 4% to SAR 43.45 amid trading of about 22 million shares worth almost SAR 1 billion. The company signed an agreement to sell a 35% stake in its subsidiary, National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET), to Basell International Holdings.
Alinma Bank rose 3% to SAR 43.20, recording the highest closing since its listing.
Mulkia REIT increased 1% to SAR 6.13 following the cash dividend announcement.
