TASI rises 0.3% to 12,470 points, turnover at SAR 9B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 36 points, higher at 12,470 points today, March 5.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 9 billion.

Saudi Aramco rose more than 1% to SAR 31.65.

Tasnee, Arabian Pipes and ADES increased between 1% and 4% following the announcement of Q4 2023 financial results.

ACWA Power, Al Yamamah Steel, Sadr, Fitaihi, Amiantit and Alkhorayef Water jumped between 6% and 10%.

On the other hand, Al Rajhi Bank declined 1% to SAR 85.90.

SAPTCO fell 3% to SAR 19.62. The company reported Q4 2023 losses of SAR 71.9 million.

AMAK closed at SAR 55.50 (-2%).

Avalon Pharma declined more than 5% to SAR 177.80 amid trading of about 1.4 million shares worth SAR 260 million.
