TASI falls 0.5% to 12,556 points, turnover at SAR 9.9B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.5%, or 63 points, lower at 12,556 points today, March 11.

 

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 9.9 billion.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco fell 1% to SAR 31.90, with nearly 10 million shares traded.

 

Halwani Bros. declined 3% to SAR 54.30. , The company reported losses of SAR 27.4 million in Q4 2023.

 

Al Arabia topped the decliners, falling nearly 10% to SAR 209, with about 750,000 shares changing hands.

 

Elm closed at SAR 944.60 (-8%).

On the other hand, BinDawood rose almost 10% to SAR 8.09. The company’s Q4 2023 profit rose 83% year-on-year to SAR 119.4 million.

 

Eastern Cement closed at SAR 36.80 (+4%) following announcing the Q4 2023 results.

 

SADAFCO hit an all-time high at SAR 435 (+8%).
