TASI rises 0.2% to 12,423 points, turnover at SAR 7B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 21 points, higher at 12,423 points today, April 1.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 7 billion.

ACWA Power rose 7% to SAR 350.

Al-Babtain gained 4% to SAR 41.90 after the company announced the sale of a land plot in Riyadh for SAR 51 million.

MEPCO and NCLE jumped 10% to SAR 44.70 and SAR 144.40, respectively.

On the other hand, Cenomi Retail fell 10% to SAR 14.82. The company reported losses of SAR 1.1 billion in Q4 2023.

Northern Cement closed at SAR 9.82 (-2%), following the end of eligibility for cash dividends.

Saudi German Health and Zamil Industrial declined nearly 10%.
