TASI falls 1.6% to 12,500 points, turnover at SAR 10.2B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.6%, or 208 points, lower at 12,500 points today, April 16.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 10.2 billion.

Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi Aramco declined to SAR 80.40 (-3%) and SAR 29.90 (-1%), respectively.

Advanced, Elm, Tadawul Group, Al Rajhi Takaful, Saudi Kayan and Sipchem declined between 4% and 5%.

Al-Jouf Agricultural closed at SAR 53.40 (-3%) after going ex-dividend.

Extra fell 4% to close at SAR 98.90 after Q1 2024 net profit rose 11% year-on-year to SAR 93.9 million.
