TASI falls 1.3% to below 12,000 points, lowest close in 3 months
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined 1.3%, or 161 points, to close at 11,996 points today, May 23, the lowest close in three months.
Total turnover reached about SAR 5.6 billion.
Losses reached about 400 points, or 3.2%, since the beginning of this month.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi National Bank declined to SAR 79.10 (-1%) and SAR 33.95 (-3%), respectively.
Alinma Bank, Mouwasat, Jabal Omar, Albilad Bank, Riyad Bank, Maaden, stc, Maharah, and Al Mawarid fell between 2% and 4%.
BSF closed at SAR 34.45 (-5%) after going ex-dividend. Nealy 1.6 million shares were traded.
Bupa Arabia was the top decliner, falling 7% to SAR 229.80.
