TASI rises 0.2% to 12,145 points, turnover at SAR 12.2B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 28 points, higher at 12,145 points today, Aug. 29.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 12.2 billion.
MSCI Inc. implemented changes today based on its quarterly review of indices carried out on Aug. 13.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose 1% to SAR 27.95 amid over 75 million shares worth SAR 2.1 billion traded.
Al Rajhi Bank closed at SAR 88.10 (+2%).
Petro Rabigh gained 4% to SAR 8.20. The company modified agreements on revolving shareholders loans provided by its founding shareholders.

On the other hand, Savola fell 1% to SAR 26.60. The subscription and trading to the company’s rights worth SAR 6 billion started today. The rights closed at SAR 15.92 (-6%) with trading of nearly SAR 230 million.
Al Rajhi Takaful, Bupa Arabia, NADEC, Rasan, Al Hammadi and Elm declined between 2& and 4%.
Riyad REIT closed at SAR 7.04 (-3%) after the fund went ex-dividend.
