TASI rises 0.2% to 11,254 points, total turnover at SAR 6.4B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 27 points, higher at 11,254 points today, Oct. 1.
Total turnover reached about SAR 6.4 billion.
The index rose 4.7% and nearly 550 points by the end of the third quarter of 2024.
The Ministry of Finance estimated revenues at SAR 1.18 trillion and expenditure at SAR 1.28 trillion, with an estimated deficit of SAR 101 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank rose by less than 1% to SAR 27.20 and SAR 87.40, respectively.
Al-Baha was the top gainer, rising by 9% to SAR 0.24, with about 320 million shares traded. The company’s shareholders approved the purchase of a 13.04% stake in its subsidiary Elegant Centers.
Tadawul Group, NCLE, ADES, Arab Sea, Zoujaj and Anaam Holding increased between 3% and 5%.
