TASI falls 1.2% to 11,949 points, turnover at SAR 4.8B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.2%, or 148 points, lower at 11,949 points today, Dec. 17.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.8 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank fell by 1% to SAR 28.15 and SAR 92.30, respectively.
Saudi National Bank, Sulaiman Al Habib, Maaden, Riyad Bank, SABIC, Alinma Bank, Saudi Awwal Bank and Bupa Arabia declined between 1% and 3%.
Almarai and Jahez were top decliners, falling more than 4%.
Company Prices
On the other hand, Savola Group rose nearly 10% to SAR 30.55, with about 1.3 million shares traded.
ARDCO increased by 4% to SAR 30.50. The company signed an agreement to establish a real estate investment fund worth more than SAR 3.5 billion.
