Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 13 points, lower at 12,373 points today, Jan. 27.
Total turnover reached about SAR 7.2 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank fell by less than 1% to SAR 27.95 and SAR 95.50, respectively.
Nice One fell by 5% to SAR 56.
Maaden closed at SAR 48.80 (-2%).
Raoum declined by 5% to SAR 183 following its transition to the Main Market from Nomu. About 400,000 shares were traded.

On the other hand, Jabal Omar, Knowledge City, Makkah Construction, and Taiba shares rose nearly 10%.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that foreigners are allowed to invest in Saudi-listed companies that own real estate within Makkah and Madinah from today.
Almarai rose by 2% to SAR 55.90.
Jadwa Al Haramain REIT rose by 6% to SAR 6.59, with about 2.5 million units changing hands.
Mulkia REIT closed at SAR 5.38 (-2%) after going ex-dividend.
