Alandalus reappoints Al-Aqeel as chairman, Al-Habib as vice chairman

Alandalus Property Co.’s board of directors, in a meeting held on March 14, 2021, reappointed Abdulsalam bin Abdulrahman Al-Aqeel as chairman and Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Habib as vice chairman for the new three-year term, starting March 10, 2021, the firm said in a bourse statement.

The board also decided on the nomination and remuneration committee, with members including Sulaiman Ali Al-Hudaif as chairman of the committee, and Al-Aqeel and Al-Habib as non-executive members.

The board also appointed secretary of the board and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

In addition, the audit committee members were also appointed and the committee’s terms of reference and remuneration of members was determined.
