Saudi Cable names Nael Fayez as MD after Noha Suleimani steps down

Saudi Cable Co. approved, on July 27, the resignation of Noha Suleimani from her position as board member, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director, with immediate effect.

She resigned following the Nominations and Remunerations Committee’s recommendation to assign another managing director, the company said in a bourse filing today, July 28.

In a separate filing, the company said that audit committee member Nael Fayez put in his papers on July 27 and accepted immediately after being named Managing Director.

Fayez holds a Bachelor’s and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration – Macroeconomics. He served as the former General Manager of Corporate Governance at NEOM.

Fayez was also the Co-founder and CEO of Strong Solutions Consulting Co and founding CEO of INJAZ Saudi Program.

He worked for a decade in Saudi Aramco as Director of Treasury Department, as well as headed a large number of government projects in the areas of strategy and sustainability.
