Al-Diriyah unveils details of Al-Zalal project with 14,000 sqm rental spaces

Al-Diriyah Co. revealed the details of the Al Zalal project, a mixed-use project located within Al Bujairi area overlooking Wadi Hanifa and the historic Al Turaif distrit, which is scheduled to open in the first half of 2025.

The project provides rental space of up to 14,000 square meters and about 500 jobs, the company said in a statement.

Upon completion, the project will feature office buildings and leasable spaces of up to 6,000 square meters, as well as 12 various commercial spaces of about 8,000 square meters. Leasing has been opened to several local and foreign companies and institutions.

Al-Diriyah also said that it is conducting negotiations to lease sites for several well-known international brands, in addition to local companies with various activities.

The project will benefit thousands of visitors who come daily to Matal Al-Bujairi, thus becoming the latest completed area in its master plan, said the company.

It indicated that a basement parking lot will also be built for visitors to benefit from, with a capacity of 1,400 cars, which will be easily accessible, and directly connected to Wadi Hanifa and Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammad bin Saud Road, in addition to providing a designated area for public transportation and a pedestrian area.
