7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Advanced Petrochemical Co. posted a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 354 million for the first half of 2019, a rise of 0.9 percent year-on-year (YoY) due to higher sales volumes, along with lower propane and outsourced propylene prices.

 

2) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) lawsuit against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has been postponed until July 29, 2019.

 

3) Taleem REIT Fund will pay a 1.6 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.16 per unit, amounting to SAR 8.16 million, the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

4) Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will pay a 1.8 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.18 per unit, amounting to SAR 28.44 million, the fund manager, Jadwa Investment, said in a bourse statement.

 

5) Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) 50 percent owned affiliate, Saudi Emirates Integrated Transportation Co. (SETCO), has been awarded three school transportation contracts worth SAR 1.2 billion in Riyadh, Medina and Tabuk.

 

6) Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) has appointed Khaled Abanami as the new chief financial officer (CFO), in place of Kais Ben Hamida.

 

7) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 17 cents to reach $63.94/bbl, while WTI crude also decreased 21 cents to reach $57.45/bbl.
