Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) will disclose its financial statements for fiscal year 2018 promptly after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
The insurer was unable to publish its financial results on time, as it failed to obtain the required regulatory approvals.
It is currently difficult to measure the financial impact that might arise from delaying the financial statements, Wafa added.
The insurance firm has expected earlier to reveal FY 2018 financial results by Aug. 31, 2019, Argaam earlier reported.
