6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Abdullah Saad Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 0.99 million for the three-month period ending on June 30, 2019, a 35.7 percent year-on-year (YoY) decrease.

 

2) Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. has received a notification from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to renew its license for three years in general and medical insurance, starting Nov. 17, 2019.

 

3) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company, on Sept. 9, held a presentation on the company’s financial restructuring procedure (FRP).

 

4) Shareholders of Development Works For Food Co. approved on Monday a capital increase to SAR 25 million from SAR 12.5 million through the issue of bonus shares.

 

5) Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s accumulated losses have reached 40 percent of capital based on unaudited financial results issued on July 31, 2019.

 

6) Brent crude on Wednesday gained 49 cents to reach $62.87 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 50 cents to reach $57.90/bbl.
