Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) recommended a 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2019, at SAR 0.50 per share, amounting to SAR 240 million.
2) Southern Province Cement Co. recommended a 22.5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 2.25 per share, amounting to SAR 315 million.
3) Yanbu Cement Co. recommended a 12.5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 1.25 per share, amounting to SAR 196.875 million.
4) Al Rajhi Bank invited its shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting to be held on March 29, 2020, to vote on a 15% cash dividend for the second half of 2019.
5) Taiba Investments Co. signed a binding purchase agreement with the heirs Habib Mohammed Ahmed to acquire a land plot in Madinah for SAR 136.4 million.
6) Qassim Cement Co. approved the distributed cash dividend for FY2019 during the general assembly meeting held on March 4, 2020.
7) Arab National Bank (ANB) invited its shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting to be held on March 30 to vote on a 5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019.
8) Brent crude on Friday declined $4.72 to reach $45.27 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased $4.62 to reach $41.28/bbl.
