The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved the listing request of the Saudi government issued debt instruments from a class already listed, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 673.60 million as follows:
- Increase in issuance Oct. 10, 2019 (Tadawul code: 5282) SAR 504.10 million to SAR 8.35 billion.
- Increase in issuance Oct. 5, 2019 (Tadawul code: 5281) SAR 169.50 million to SAR 2.74 billion.
The listing of government debt instruments reissue will start from Tuesday, March 31, 2020, Tadawul said in a statement.
In a separate statement, the Saudi bourse said that it has also approved a request of the Ministry of Finance to list government debt instruments with a total value of SAR 14.89 billion.
The debt instruments will be listed and traded on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
