Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) and its subsidiaries donated SAR 200 million to the Health Endowment Fund to combat the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the company said in a statement.
The donation aims to provide ventilators in intensive care rooms, highly-efficient air purification devices for quarantine, as well as protective tools for health practitioners and patients.
The move comes in line with the Saudi government’s efforts to prevent the coronavirus spread and falls within the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
