9 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Dur Hospitality Co. (Dur) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 10.9 million for the first quarter of 2020, a 15% year-on-year (YoY) increase.

 

2) Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Co. (Aldrees) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 30.3 million for Q1 2020, up 1.3% YoY.

 

3) National Medical Care Co. (Care) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 33.2 million for Q1 2020, a 11% YoY increase.

 

4) Electrical Industries Co.’s (EIC) shareholders approved, on May 4, buying back 350,000 treasury shares under the Employee Long Term Incentive Program (LTIP).

 

5) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a SAR 290 million Shariah compliant financing agreement with Riyad Bank.

 

6) Zahrat Al Waha For Trading Co. will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2019 on May 10, 2020.

 

7) Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) renewed an auto insurance coverage contract with Al Rajhi Bank for 1 year.

 

8) Al Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders rejected, on May 5, discharging board members from liability for FY2019.

 

9) Brent crude on Wednesday declined 6 cents to reach $30.91 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 7 cents to reach $24.49/bbl.
