Al-Khodari appoints Sultan Al Hajri as new chairman

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s (Al-Khodari) board of directors appointed Sultan Mohammed Al Hajri as chairman for the current 3-year term started on May 7, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board also named Jamil Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari (a non-executive member) as deputy chairman for the same term.

The formation of the committees emanating from the board of directors will be formed and disclosed in due course, the statement said.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al-Khodari’s shareholders approved, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on May 7, dismissing the board members who own about 5.007% shares of the company's capital.

The shareholders also ratified electing a new board of directors for the upcoming 3-year term, starting from May 7, 2020, using cumulative voting method.
