Anaam International Holding Co. starts today, June 25, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 29, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the company invited its shareholders to vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
