7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Amlak International for Real Estate Finance’s initial public offering (IPO) was 2,690%, 26.9x oversubscribed.

 

2) Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. (Tihama) will face termination if it fails to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) by August 14, 2020.  

 

3) Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co. will pay 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.5 per share, to shareholders for FY2019 as of Thursday, July 16.

 

4)  Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s unit holders approved, on July 5, increasing the fund’s total assets by SAR 722.8 million, to acquire new properties.

 

5) Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. will start today, July 8, adopting electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on July 12.

 

6) Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.’s (AICC) board of directors appointed Ziad M. Al-Rabish as general manager, effective July 6, 2020.

 

7) Brent crude on Wednesday declined 10 cents to reach $42.98 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 11 cents to reach $40.51/bbl.
