Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) secured a three-year contract, valued at SAR 58.5 million, from the Ministry of Health, the company said in a bourse filing.
Under the agreement, MIS will operate and maintain the digital infrastructure of 72 hospitals in the Eastern Province and the northern region.
The contract is expected to be signed on Jan. 18, 2021, the tenure of which will commence immediately after the signing date.
Further details about the agreement will be disclosed after the signing within two months of the date of award.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
According to data available in Argaam, MIS recently received a letter from the Ministry of Health approving the price offer submitted by the company for operating and maintaining the digital infrastructure of 48 hospitals in the central region for SAR 39.95 million.
