Tadawul: Musharaka REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Musharaka REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 10, 2021.

 

Musharaka REIT Fund will pay a 3% cash dividend for the six-month period from July 1, 2020, until Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.30 per unit, amounting to SAR 26.40 million.

 

The payment date will be within 15 business days from record date.
