Naseej to open board membership nominations on Feb. 1

Naseej International Trading Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting July 16, 2021.

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination from Feb. 1, 2021 until March 21, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
