King Salman bin Abdulaziz

Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz will be heading Saudi Arabia’s high-level delegation to the virtual "Leaders' Summit on Climate”, starting today, April 22, 2021, in the presence of 40 world leaders, in response to US President Joe Biden's invitation.

The two-day summit is an extension of global efforts to address and minimize the challenges of climate change.

The participation of King Salman confirms the Kingdom's leading role at the global and regional level in facing climate change, and an extension of its efforts in this field, mainly following the Crown Prince's recent announcements on the Green Saudi and Middle East Green initiatives.
