Saudi Ground Services shareholders approve 2020 board, audit reports

Saudi Ground Services Co.'s (SGS) shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 3, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also discharged the board members from liability for 2020.

 

During the meeting, shareholders also approved appointing an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

 

In addition, they approved the appointment of Fahd Cynndy (executive board member) to replace former member Omar Hariri (non-executive member), to complete the current board session ending June 5, 2022.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items on the agenda during the meeting.
