Saudi Cabinet approves provisions on disposal of municipal real estate

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture is obliged to apply the provisions of the Regulations on the Disposal of Municipal Real Estate, according to the Royal Decree No. 40152, dated 06/29/1441 Hijri, on using and investing the lands the ministry owns as well as those considered belonging to it, the Saudi Cabinet said during meeting held on June 15.

 

The Cabinet also authorized the Minister of Investment, or his deputy, to discuss with the British side a draft memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of direct investment promotion between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

The ministry was also authorized to sign and forward the final version for further authentication.
