Al-Babtain reappoints Ibrahim ABabtain as Chairman

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.’s board of directors approved today, Aug. 5, the reappointment of Ibrahim Hamad ABabtain as Chairman and Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al Babtain as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board of directors also appointed Yasser Said as board secretary and formed the nomination and remuneration committee as follows:

 

- Abdullah Sagheir Al Hussaini (committee chairman)

 

- Khaled Mohamed Abdullah ABabtain (committee member)

 

- Sultan Hamad Abdullah Al Babtain (committee member)

 

The board also appointed the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) representatives.

 

The board of directors will convene a meeting for the general assembly to form the audit committee for the new term and set its duties, work regulations, and remuneration.
