6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Fitaihi Holding Group said that creditors’ objection period ended on Sept. 5, with no claims received.

 

2) The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said that a trading halt will be placed on Fitaihi Holding Group’s shares for two business days as of Sept. 6, until the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios.

 

3) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors appointed Falcom Financial Services Co. as financial advisor to reduce capital, followed by an increase through rights issue.

 

4) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) will complete, on Sept. 15, depositing around SAR 823,439.96 in proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

5) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed nine agreements worth SAR 316.61 million with National Water Co. (NWC) to install new water and wastewater connections in nine regions and sectors across the Kingdom.

 

6) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 33 cents to reach $72.55 per barrel while WTI crude decreased 14 cents to reach $69.15/bbl.
