Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) supported the employment of more than 200,000 young people in the private sector entities year-to-date (YTD), data compiled by the National Observatory of Labor (NLO) showed.

This comes through employment support programs, which are tailored for national cadres.

According to a statement by Hadaf, these programs helped the employment of 81,000 males and 120,000 females.

The fund strategy aims to develop and integrate efforts in coordination with the private sector entities to employ Saudis, improve the employment support channels, and introduce new programs that cater to the market needs.

HRDF provides a number of employment training channels, including the employment support program, on-the-job training program “Tamheer”, and other self-development training programs.
