Saudi Tadawul Group said in a statement that the total number of qualified foreign investors (QFIs) exceeded 2,600 by the end of Q3 2021, with 15% growth year-on-year (YoY).

Going forward, Saudi Tadawul Group is planning to continue expansion into financial derivatives, as part of its key new initiatives. The company plans to follow with single stock futures, options, data and indices services, clearing across cash and debt markets, and new technology and data revenues attributable to the launch of WAMID.

Moreover, the company’s management view the delivery of the second phase of its strategic plan as having the potential to significantly enhance the capabilities of the company and meaningfully differentiate its profile.

The company will float a 30% stake, or 36 million shares, in an initial public offering (IPO), Argaam earlier reported.

It has SAR 1.2 billion in capital, divided into 120 million shares, which are 100%-owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
