Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing
Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Co. (NHC) inked five agreements with private sector companies to build more than 2,000 residential units in Riyadh, Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, said on his official account on Twitter.
These units, which will be built in the suburb of Aljwan and the Almashriqiya, will have various designs and sizes in addition to the availability of an integrated set of services and facilities. Prices will start from SAR 400,000/unit.
This came within the ministry’s plan to provide 147,000 housing units in Riyadh with the aim of facilitating home ownership.
