Saudi Catering shareholders elect board members, reject bylaws amendment

Operations of Saudi Airlines Catering Co.

Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Jan. 26, 2022, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Jan. 9, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The board members are Abdulwahab Albetairi, Dilip Nijhawan, Fadi Majdalani, Fahad Moussa, Mohammed A. Al Sarhan, Olivier Harnisch, Raed Al Mudaiheem, Sami Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair and Yousef Alyousefi.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders rejected the proposed amendments to Articles 4 and 23 of the company’s bylaws related to activities and the authority of the Chairman of the board of directors, Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
