National Housing launches Pilar housing project in Jeddah

The National Housing Co. (NHC) launched the Pilar housing project, north of Jeddah, Al-Jawhara suburb, in partnership with the private sector, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

In a statement, the company added that the project spans over 180,000 square meters (sqm), and includes 618 housing units, with areas ranging between 192-312 sqm per unit.

 

The number of units at Al-Jawhara suburb rose to more than 5,500, NHC said.

 

CEO Mohammad Albuty said the company continues to boost the real estate supply and launch more housing projects, as part of its objectives to provide a variety of housing units totaling 300,000 over the next five years.
