Buruj shareholders to elect new board members on March 7

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders will vote on electing a new board from the upcoming three-year term, during an ordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on March 7, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board term will commence on March 9, and end on March, 8, 2025, the company added.
