Buruj board recommends dividend freeze for 2021

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended, on March 20, withholding dividends for 2021, the insurer said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

Buruj added that the recommendation aims to boost its financial position.

 

The recommendation is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, whose date will be determined later.
