The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for May 18, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities for 2021 and appointing an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3, and 2022, and Q1 2023, the statement added.
Shareholders will also discuss amending some articles of association and disbursing SAR 5.26 million as remuneration for board members for 2021.
Furthermore, they will vote on the various business transactions and contracts concluded with other companies.
Shareholders will e-vote on the meeting agenda items via Tadawulaty system as of May 15.
