Naseej starts e-voting on OGM today

Naseej International Trading Co. starts today, May 8, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), slated on May 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021.
