The ban imposed on the founding shareholders of Arabian Contracting Services’ (Al Arabia) from selling shares was lifted today, May 15, six months after the stock began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Nov. 15, 2021.

 

Founding shareholders - Engineer Holding Group Co. and MBC Group Holding Co. - were not allowed to sell their shares for a period of six months after listing. 

 

Now they will be able to sell their shares without the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
