Alkhorayef Water participates in long-term operation, maintenance contracts: CEO

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) is actively working to win new long-term operation and maintenance contracts. The company participated in two projects and is currently bidding for other five. It was selected as the final shortlisted bidder for two projects, CEO Rami Moussilli said in Q1 2022 investor calls.

 

Alkhorayef will participate in the rehabilitation, upgrade, expansion projects of National Water Co. for up to 15 years.

 

The company is also actively participating in privatization proposals.in projects of construction, operation and transportation.

 

It also aims to reach financial sustainability with all clients in the sector, positive cash flow from operations and accomplish the sector’s projects in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

 

The utility reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 25.3 million for the first quarter of 2022, a 6% decline from SAR 26.9 million a year earlier, Argaam reported.
