BinDawood Holding Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 26, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also vote on granting the board the powers of the general assembly stipulated in the Companies Law, for a period of one year starting from the general assembly’s approval date or until the end of the delegated board’s term, whichever is earlier.
Meanwhile, they will vote on other items on the meeting agenda, including related-party transactions.
The e-voting on agenda items will commence from June 22.
