Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to withhold dividend for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 28, the company said in a bourse filing.
They will also vote on the board and auditor reports and financial statements for 2021.
They will discuss the issue of discharging the board members from liability for 2021 and appointing a new auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2022 and Q1 2023.
Additionally, they will vote on the disbursement of SAR 900,000 in board remuneration for last year.
Moreover, shareholders will vote on ratifying the business contracts inked between the company and other institutions.
Shareholders can start e-voting on June 24, the statement added.
